Welcome to our new webshop. A few things remained the same, but a lot has changed. We've tried to predict a few questions you might have and we answered them below. Frequently asked questions

I tried to login using my username and password but I get an error message. How is this possible?

Due to an improved password encryption it was impossible to transport the accounts from the old website to the new one. We’re afraid we have to ask you to make a new account if you want to place new orders.

I had an ongoing order on the old website. How will you handle these?

We’ll handle the orders as we always have. You’ll get an email when your complete order has shipped. If your products are delayed you will also get the usual updates. You can check up on your old orders on our oldwebsite here and login with your old username and password.

I want to pick my order up in a city other than Leiden, is this possible?

For now the only possibility is shipping to your address or a Leiden pickup. We’re working on a feature to integrate our other stores, but when that will be finished is unsure.

What are the shipping costs?

How do I know when my order will be deliverd? 

If we receive your order before 2 pm during the week and it happens to be in stock, then we will send it to you the next day. Delivery times for items that are not in stock are estimates.
