Delivery of your order
The time of delivery depends on various factors. When the complete order is in stock, we aim to ship your package within 24 hours. If you place an order before 2 pm during the week, then we will do our best to ship it that same day.
When an order is (partially) not in stock, we will order it for you. The expected delivery time can be found on the specific webpage of the item. This information is based on deliveries from the past. Even though those estimates are often correct, they are not guaranteed. If delivery times happen to be longer than expected, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible. We promise to keep a close eye on your order.
We personally think it is important to be able to offer items in our shop that are not that easy to get a hold of. Therefore, every item has a chance of delivery available. It is up to you to decide if you want to give it a try or not. When the item does not get delivered after some time, we will give you a refund.
When your order consists of multiple items, we will send it to you once it is complete. It is no problem to ask for a partial delivery but we do charge extra shipping costs.
You will receive a message from us once the order has been shipped. Orders that fit through the mailbox do not have tracking, to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. Bigger packages will have tracking available.
In some cases – especially when chance of delivery was small to begin with – it may happen that your ordered item turns out to be (temporarily) unavailable. We often hear about this from our supplier once the backorderperiod is over. This period can take up to 2 months. When this is the case, we will let you know and give you a refund.
